You made it out of the 4th trimester! Now what?!

Hey, good on you! Proud of you! But it might still feel really hard. In fact if you're here, it probably does feel hard. Well, parents of wonderful 4 to 18-month-olds, you are in the right place. That’s brutal, I’ve been there.
When I first started looking for sleep support, my oldest son was 7 months old and waking 7–9 times a night. I was a zombie. My mental health was hanging by a thread. And honestly? I wasn’t enjoying parenting the way I’d hoped.

The good news? It doesn’t have to stay this way. With the right plan, things can improve. You can feel like yourself again. And you can support your baby to sleep more soundly  without sacrificing connection.
