Before we chat I'll get you to complete:
✔ A detailed intake form so I get a clear picture of your little one’s sleep
✔ A simple 3 day sleep log. (There is absolutely no judgment here, just helpful data.)

Then on the call, we’ll:

- Troubleshoot challenges with responsive strategies
- Leave with clear, practical next steps you can begin right away
