How long does the 4-month sleep regression last? (and when to get responsive help)
The 4-month sleep regression usually lasts around two to six weeks. For most babies, sleep starts to settle again within a month or so as their brain adjusts to a permanent change in the way they sleep. If it's dragging on well past six weeks (or you're simply not coping) that's a fair sign it's worth reaching out for gentle and responsive support, rather than waiting it out alone.
